What inspired you to become a Senior Planet trainer?
Seeking a more fulfilling role, Sandra felt drawn to working with seniors after witnessing her 83-year-old mother navigate the challenges of aging. Discovering Senior Planet was a turning point for her, inspiring a new perspective on her own future.
What aspects of your role do you find most rewarding?
Sandra cherishes the moments when participants absorb new knowledge and apply it independently. Seeing their excitement and accomplishments, such as significant savings from digital couponing, is a highlight for her.
Can you share a valuable piece of advice you often give to participants?
Encouraging participants to explore without fear, Sandra emphasizes the importance of trying new things and reaching out for help if needed. The hotline is always available for support.
Beyond work, what are your hobbies and passions?
Sandra’s love for reading and camping keeps her busy outside of work. With an RV, she enjoys immersing herself in nature whenever possible.
