Culpepper Garden, an affordable senior housing community in Arlington, Virginia, has recently received a $2.03 million grant for the renovation of its independent and assisted living sections.

The renovation project includes updates to apartments, new elevators, walkways, and improved accessibility for residents. The waitlist for the community is currently over two years, highlighting the high demand for its 350 apartment units.

Additionally, the Terraces at Capitol Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is undergoing a comprehensive renovation that includes modernizing the lobby, hallways, dining room, activity room, theater, and private dining space. The renovation is expected to be completed by this fall, focusing on enhancing resident experience and rehabilitation facilities.

Sinceri Senior Living has unveiled The Vero at Chesapeake, a new community in Virginia offering assisted living and memory care across 120,000 square feet. With shared amenities like a fitness center, coffee bar, salon, billiards room, arts studio, and theater, the community accommodates 138 residents and marks Sinceri’s entry into the Virginia market.


The company now manages 74 communities across 20 states, serving nearly 5,000 older adults nationwide.

– Two Wisconsin development groups are collaborating on a 120-unit community project.

– Clearwater Living has opened a new assisted living and memory care community in Newport Beach, California.
