Oakmont Management Group expands Ivy Living brand
Oakmont Management Group is growing its luxury senior living brand, Ivy Living, with the unveiling of The Ivy at Blue Oaks information center in Roseville, California.

The Ivy at Blue Oaks, a 104-unit community, is scheduled for completion in the upcoming winter season, offering assisted living and memory care services. The community features spacious apartment homes, upscale dining, and various shared amenities such as a fitness center, movie theater, technology center, and activity spaces. Residents will also enjoy services like an on-site chauffeur, nurse-managed personal care, concierge medical program, and more. Additional amenities include courtyards, a firepit, walking paths, yoga pavilion, bar, lounge, chef’s garden, aviary, and a sensory lounge for memory care residents.
Morning Pointe Senior Living has announced the latest progress on The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence in Hardin Valley, with the construction of a single-level building nearing completion. The memory care apartments will offer specialized programming focused on life enrichment and various therapies.

Cedarhurst Senior Living has recently opened Cedarhurst of Lawrence, its newest assisted living and memory care community in Lawrence, Kansas. The community boasts amenities such as a movie theater, multiple courtyards, housekeeping, dining with chef-inspired menus, and more.
