Confluent Senior Living and MorningStar Senior Living have opened a new community in Las Vegas, Nevada, known as MorningStar at The Canyons. This four-story property includes 168 suites offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care units, along with amenities such as terraces, a pool with a spa, and a fitness center.

LCS is progressing on a renovation project at Blakehurst, a senior living community in Towson, Maryland, which includes modernizing resident corridors and expanding the dining offers.
Brinkmann Constructors has started construction on an active adult community in Colorado and an expansion at Avery Point Senior Living in Virginia.

Momentum Senior Living has opened The Seville, a luxury senior living community in San Clemente, California. Saint Therese has also opened a new senior living community in Corcoran, Minnesota, and Cogir of South Bay is now open in Torrance, California.
Other Noteworthy Projects
The Jewish Association on Aging is developing a 15-acre campus in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to meet growing senior living demand. Sol Housing is constructing Farlito Senior Living, an 82-unit affordable senior living apartment development. Additionally, a new senior living community is underway in Idaho and Aston Gardens at Parkland Commons has remodeled its assisted living and memory care offerings.
