Homebuilder Lennar has revealed plans to introduce a series of active adult communities in Middletown, Delaware under the Venue 55+ brand.
The Venue at Winchelsea will offer luxury amenities including a clubhouse, sports bar, swimming pool, and more. The development comprises 336 homes with various designs and layouts, starting at $400,000 and above.

Experience Senior Living has announced the opening of a showroom model property at The Reserve at Lone Tree near Denver, Colorado. The community will feature various living units and is expected to be completed in early 2025.

The community offers various amenities including security services, event spaces, and outdoor areas.
An affordable senior housing community in Jackson, Mississippi has also recently opened, offering amenities like a pool, fitness center, and community room.
MorningStar Senior Living expands California campus
MorningStar Senior Living is expanding its Pasadena location with the addition of new independent living units.
The expansion will offer a range of amenities and is expected to open in the summer of 2026.
