Commonwealth Senior Living plans renovation, memory care growth
Commonwealth Senior Living added a new community in Hampton, Virginia, Commonwealth Senior Living at the Devonshire. Renovations and a memory care neighborhood are set to be added by 2025.
Residents of Commonwealth Senior Living at the Devonshire will enjoy various amenities, farm-to-table dining options, and a resident enrichment program focused on learning.

Recently, CopperWood at Prairie Trail, a senior living community in Ankeny, Iowa, held its grand opening ceremony. The community, managed by Franciscan Advisory Services, offers a range of living options including independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences.
Designed by AG Architecture and built by Nelson Construction and Development, CopperWood at Prairie Trail is a welcome addition to the community.
Sunrise Senior Living grows in Canada
Sunrise Senior Living unveiled Sunrise of Killarney in Vancouver, British Columbia, a new senior living community with long-term care suites and memory care units. The project was designed by Integra Architecture and built by Ventana Construction Corp.
McShane Construction completes Georgia project
Veranda at Assembly, an affordable senior living complex in Doraville, Georgia, was recently completed by McShane Construction. The community offers modern amenities and various floor plans for residents aged 55 and up.
