$175M equity fund to create or preserve 22 Midwest properties
Cinnaire has successfully closed the Cinnaire Fund for Housing Partnership 41, a $175.4 million fund aimed at developing or preserving 1,228 affordable multi-family homes across 22 properties in the Midwest. This marks the first of three multi-investor funds planned by Cinnaire for this year.
For example, the fund will support the construction of 70 units at CC Lane Apartments in Oregon, Wisconsin, providing affordable housing for families with lower incomes. The project will offer a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom units, along with amenities such as a community room, business center, and outdoor recreational spaces. The Northpointe Development Corporation will lead the development efforts, with units expected to be available in 2025.

Hayes Barton Place in Raleigh, North Carolina continues to make progress according to a recent project update. The life plan community will offer various housing options and upscale amenities including a golf simulator and fitness center. With 169 IL residences, 24 flats, and nine townhomes, the community will also provide assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation services at the Bloomsbury Health Center.
The Club House Condos at Hayes Barton Place vary in size and feature covered balconies or patios overlooking the outdoor living areas.

Cogir of Kirkland to host grand opening
Following a comprehensive renovation, Cogir of Kirkland in Washington has reopened under new management. The community now offers modern living spaces and updated amenities to enhance the resident experience. With 76 apartments of different sizes, residents can enjoy amenities like a bistro, movie theater, and salon.
A grand opening event for Cogir of Kirkland is scheduled for this month.
