Belmont Village, Greystar announce luxury California project
Belmont Village Senior Living and Greystar Real Estate Partners have unveiled plans for the development of Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe, a luxurious community in California’s Rancho Santa Fe, according to a recent news release.
Located within the Lakes of Rancho Santa Fe master-planned area, construction on the project is set to commence by the end of this year. The development will feature 185 apartment units, 15 cottages, and a range of indoor and outdoor amenities.
This collaboration marks the second project between Greystar and Belmont Village, following their successful Belmont Village La Jolla venture in 2022. With a focus on providing Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and memory care units, the Rancho Santa Fe property will boast expansive green spaces with walking paths, premium dining options, recreational areas, and a wide array of luxury amenities for residents to enjoy.

Broadview at Purchase College hosts grand opening
Broadview at Purchase College, a unique university-based senior living community situated at the State University of New York in Westchester, New York, recently celebrated its grand opening.
Originating from a concept conceived in 2003, the community is now over 90% pre-leased, with more than 238 residents already residing on-site, resulting in over 80% occupancy. Nestled on a sprawling 40-acre campus, Broadview offers a diverse range of amenities and features 174 units, with 20% designated for low-income residents and encompassing 10 different floor plans.
In addition, there are 46 villas and a single-family home with two bedrooms and a study. Shared amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, movie theater, salon, multiple dining venues, an on-site health center, and more.
