Crafting your own dressing helps you know exactly what’s in it, and this honey balsamic option is both flavorful and health-conscious. With just a few pantry staples, you can create a dressing that’s sweet, tangy, and incredibly versatile.

Ingredients:
– 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
– 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1 minced garlic clove
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
– 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Combine the balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.
2. Add the honey for natural sweetness and adjust based on your preference.
3. Mix in the Dijon mustard for flavor and a subtle zing.
4. Season with garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper for the perfect balance of savory and sweet.
