HOK, a leading global design, architecture, engineering, and planning firm, has launched the Pediatrics and Behavioral Health Centers of Expertise. These specialized practices will offer valuable resources, including the latest research and trends in pediatric and behavioral health treatment and care, to inform HOK’s design work.
The Behavioral Health Center of Expertise will be led by Shiva Mendez, Virginia Pankey, and Kristen Markos, and will collaborate with HOK’s justice practice. Meanwhile, the Pediatrics Center of Expertise will be under the leadership of Karen Freeman and Laura Poltronieri, and will focus on expanding HOK’s work with pediatric health providers, including Stanford Children’s Health, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and Ocshner Children’s Hospital.
