Three distinguished pioneers in the UK healthcare sector specializing in AI, machine learning, and data analytics have been announced as keynote speakers at Digital Health Rewired 2025.
Dr. Dominic Pimenta, Dr. Joe Zhang, and Ming Tang will be presenting at the annual conference held at the NEC in Birmingham on 18-19 March 2025. This event brings together healthcare professionals and digital innovators to exchange insights, experiences, and opportunities.
Dr. Joe Zhang, a former NHS data scientist and current head of data science at the London AI Centre and Secure Data Environment, has significant experience in implementing AI technologies within the healthcare ecosystem. During the pandemic, Dr. Zhang also worked as an intensive care doctor at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in London.
Ming Tang, the chief data and analytics officer at NHS England, will be returning to the Rewired stage as a national keynote speaker. As a key figure in leading the data revolution within the NHS, Tang will share insights on the future of NHS data and innovation.
Dr. Dominic Pimenta, the co-founder and CEO of Tortus, an AI startup focused on improving patient outcomes and reducing cognitive overload for clinicians, will also be presenting at the conference. Tortus, a secure AI platform, interfaces with electronic health records to streamline patient care processes.
