Recipe of the Month: Honey Chili Crunch Air Fryer Salmon Bites
If you’ve never tried making salmon bites in an air fryer before, prepare to be amazed! The air fryer not only speeds up the cooking process, but it also gives the salmon a delightful crispy texture. Pair it with a nutty edamame salad and creamy avocado cubes for a meal that’s not only delicious but also a whole experience.
What sets this recipe apart is the incredible fusion of flavors and textures, with the salmon marinated in a zesty honey chili crunch glaze that perfectly balances spicy and sweet.
Here’s what you’ll need for the recipe:
– Chili crunch (we recommend the Momofuku brand but it’s available at many stores, including Trader Joe’s)
– Salmon (preferably purchased from the butcher or a trusted seafood provider)
– Rice vinegar
– Honey
– Air fryer
