Digital Health is thrilled to unveil the first two confirmed speakers for the upcoming Digital Health AI and Data 2024 event in October. Dr Nicola Byrne, the National Data Guardian for health and adult social care in England, will share her insights on integrating humanity into AI for healthcare. Her keynote will explore topics such as public trust and engagement in the evolving AI and privacy landscape within the health sector.
Haris Shuaib, CEO of Newton’s Tree and head of clinical scientific computing at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, will also present at the event. Shuaib is a leading figure in AI transformation, driving innovative AI implementations for NHS organizations and groundbreaking research on glioblastoma treatment.
AI and Data 2024 will return to London on 22-23 October, following a successful debut last year. The event will feature national keynotes, expert features, NHS best practices, case studies, and networking opportunities for digital health professionals. Previous speakers included industry leaders such as Dominic Cushnan, Ming Tang, Dr. Richard Smith, and Dr. Nadine Hachach-Haram.
