Shelley Esden, former CEO of Sonata Senior Living, has joined Distinctive Living as COO and executive vice president. In her new role, Esden will focus on expanding the Distinctive Living brand and managing operations for the senior living operator based in Freehold Township, New Jersey. With 15 years of experience at Sonata Senior Living, Esden brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position. She is also the founder and CEO of Lexor Living, now part of the Distinctive Living family of brands. Esden is excited to contribute to the growth and success of Distinctive Living as COO, emphasizing operational efficiency, culture, and owner alignment.
