Ingredients:
– 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
– Avocado oil (or olive oil)
– Seasoning of choice (such as homemade ranch seasoning, ranch dressing mix, Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, Dill Pickle seasoning, curry, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
3. Lightly coat the chickpeas with oil and make sure they’re fully coated.
