Crispy Ranch Air Fryer Chickpeas

Sharing this quick and healthy snack recipe for Crispy Ranch Air Fryer Chickpeas! I recently made a giant batch of these super delicious air fryer chickpeas and they were a hit with the kids. I used homemade ranch seasoning, but you can get creative and use any seasoning you like. Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:
– 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
– Avocado oil (or olive oil)
– Seasoning of choice (such as homemade ranch seasoning, ranch dressing mix, Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, Dill Pickle seasoning, curry, etc.)

Instructions:
1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
3. Lightly coat the chickpeas with oil and make sure they’re fully coated.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the seasoning and sprinkle it over the chickpeas.
5. Spread the chickpeas out in a single layer in the air fryer basket and season with salt and pepper.
6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally, until golden and crispy.
