Over 30 years ago, I struggled with disabling anxiety attacks that made me feel inadequate and held me back. I couldn’t live up to my potential, be the mom, employee, friend, or partner I wanted to be, and I turned to unhealthy coping mechanisms that only made things worse. Traditional mental health counseling and medicine didn’t provide relief and led to addiction. I hit rock bottom and went to rehab, which was a turning point. Through changes in diet and lifestyle, I overcame anxiety, depression, and addiction and rebuilt my life. Now, I want to help others do the same.
