Priya Living Continues India Expansion With Other New Senior Living Concepts Planned
Over the past year, Arun Paul, CEO of Priya Living, has traveled to India about a dozen times. This reflects the company’s rapid development pace, with four senior living communities under construction in various cities. Priya Living’s first community in India, Flower Valley, opened in Gurgaon last year, with two more set to open in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad by the end of this year.
The company is focused on bringing its operational expertise from the U.S. to India, with plans for growth in multiple cities and the development of strong operational teams in the country. Despite being a newcomer and startup in India, Priya Living is dedicated to building trust and establishing a solid presence in the Indian market.
With lower labor costs and construction expenses in India compared to the U.S., Priya Living is able to create upscale communities with attractive amenities at a fraction of the cost. Paul anticipates the opening of two more communities in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad by the end of the year, each with around 150 units.
As Priya Living prepares for further expansion in India and the introduction of new senior living concepts, Paul hinted at exciting developments on the horizon. With successful operations in the U.S., Priya Living’s expansion into India underscores the company’s commitment to delivering quality senior living experiences globally.
With a focus on scaling operations and meeting the evolving needs of older adults in both countries, Priya Living continues to redefine senior living by offering flexible living programs that cater to varied lifestyle preferences. By prioritizing customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships, Priya Living aims to provide innovative solutions that resonate with residents across different markets.
