Covenant Living opens new cottage homes
Covenant Living of the Great Lakes has commenced the construction of additional cottage units at its Grand Rapids, Michigan community.
The expansion features 36 cottages, consisting of 18 duplexes with two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom homes in various floor plans, complete with a two-car garage. The project also includes a private neighborhood park with a walking path and access to community amenities like dining, a fitness center, and indoor pool.

THW Design serves as the project architect, with Progressive Companies as the project engineer and Platinum Contracting Group as the construction contractor. The completion of the expansion is anticipated by early 2026.
Delphi Construction has also initiated the construction of a new affordable senior living community on behalf of Westminster Senior Living in Westminster, Massachusetts.
The community, developed by Commonwealth Community Developers (CCD), will add 50 units of affordable senior housing.

Oakmont Management Group has revealed its newest “ultra luxury” community, Ellore, a 20-story development in Santa Clara, California.
Overlooking Levi’s Stadium, the Ellore community offers 360-degree views and features 176 residences of independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Developed by Related California and operated by Oakmont Management Group, Ellore boasts Italian-made cabinets, customized spa-like bathrooms, and various amenities including a wellness center, restaurant, fitness center, yoga studio, theater, and more.
Royal Property Management Group opens in California
Casa Estilo Senior Living Apartments, a 55+ community managed by Royal Property Management Group, has recently opened in Chula Vista, California.
This marks a significant shift in Royal Property Management Group’s strategy as they expand into luxury residential spaces, offering amenities like a fitness center, outdoor pool, and concierge services.
