Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber is thrilled to unveil the latest cohort for the Propel@YH digital health accelerator programme.
This six-month programme offers structured support and guidance to UK-based innovators in the digital health sector, aiming to facilitate company growth and expand their market presence.
The upcoming edition, commencing on 26 September 2024, will feature 19 selected companies, with a significant presence from Yorkshire. The diverse innovations include solutions for endometriosis, heart failure prediction, autism support, and elderly self-care.
Dr Neville Young, director of enterprise and innovation at Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber, expressed excitement for the sixth year of the programme. The additional funding from Leeds City Council has allowed for the inclusion of eight more innovators, further enhancing the program’s impact.
The 19 companies chosen for the 2024-25 Propel@YH programme range from Aire Innovate Ltd to QDR Health. This initiative is part-funded by the UK Government through Leeds City Council’s Innovation@Leeds program, in collaboration with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.
