A group from Senior Planet’s Morning Stretch classes gathered in Maryland in late August to share a meal with trainer Cas Castro and practice the Ba Duan Jin breathing exercises that are popular in the class. Participants, some traveling from as far as Oregon and New York, enjoyed the chance to meet in person, strengthening the sense of community.
