Solstice promotes chief growth officer
Solstice Senior Living has promoted Christy Ballard to the role of chief growth officer on Sept. 4.
In her new position, Ballard will lead sales teams, marketing partners, and expand her focus to operations. Her goals include enhancing resident experiences for longer stays and identifying new revenue opportunities.
Ballard joined Solstice in 2018 as a sales and marketing leader and previously served as vice president for Life Enrichment and Memory Care.
