Star Ingredients for Beef Teriyaki NoodlesHomemade Teriyaki Sauce IngredientsRecipe Instructions

This beef teriyaki noodles recipe brings together super tender marinated flank steak, sautéed veggies, and noodles tossed in our homemade teriyaki sauce. It’s a delicious and easy weeknight dinner that is ready to serve in just 45 minutes. Better than takeout, this dish combines the tender flank steak, vibrant veggies, and long slurp-y noodles for a mouthwatering meal the whole family will love.

Star Ingredients for Beef Teriyaki Noodles

Marinate the steak by seasoning it with kosher salt, brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, and green onion. Cook the pasta until al dente and set aside 1 cup of pasta water. Slice and cook the steak in a skillet, sauté the veggies, thicken the teriyaki sauce, then combine everything and serve with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

Homemade Teriyaki Sauce Ingredients

This recipe uses soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, fresh ginger, and sriracha for a flavorful and less salty homemade teriyaki sauce. Mix these ingredients together and use it to marinate the meat and as a base sauce for the noodles.

Recipe Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with the teriyaki sauce.
  2. Cook the pasta and set aside pasta water.
  3. Slice and cook the steak in a skillet.
  4. Sauté the veggies.
  5. Thicken the teriyaki sauce with pasta water, sriracha, and cornstarch.
  6. Combine all ingredients and serve with toppings.

Enjoy this dish fresh or store it in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. For a tender and juicy flank steak, marinate and cook it according to the instructions provided in the recipe. Try our homemade teriyaki sauce for a more flavorful and healthier alternative for store-bought options.
