Retirement Unlimited Inc. (RUI) has announced that President Doris-Ellie Sullivan has resigned from her position to pursue other opportunities. CEO William Fralin will continue leading the company, the operator confirmed.
Sullivan joined RUI in 2016 and played a key role in the company’s significant growth over the years. Under her leadership, RUI expanded from six communities to a portfolio of 72 communities in the U.S. The recent acquisition of Brandywine Living further solidified RUI’s presence in multiple states.
The departure of Sullivan marks a shift in leadership for RUI, following a successful period of expansion and growth. With partnerships with Welltower and the launch of the luxury senior living brand Elance, RUI has positioned itself as a top-performing operator in the industry.
While Sullivan’s departure may signal changes for RUI, the company remains focused on delivering quality care and services to residents across its communities. As CEO Fralin continues to steer the company forward, RUI is poised for continued success in the senior living sector.
