DigitalHealth.London unveils new cohort for its Accelerator programme.
17 innovative health tech companies have been selected to participate in the prestigious annual accelerator programme. These SMEs were chosen for their ability to address and solve London’s health and social care challenges with their digital solutions.
Delivered by Health Innovation Network (HIN) South London in collaboration with various partners including the Office of Life Sciences and NHS England, the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator aims to support these companies in strengthening their commercial engagement strategies over the course of 12 months.
Sarah Nelson, programme director at DigitalHealth.London, expressed excitement about the potential of the selected companies and their products to make a positive impact on healthcare. The programme is set to empower these companies to scale and enhance health and care services.
The 2024/25 cohort includes companies like AirEmail, Avegen Health, Flok Health, Incision Group BV, Iona Mind, Megi Health UK, MyMynd, MyRenalCare, Neu Health, NSU Media, NuvoAir, PreActiv, Pyrexia, Smart Respiratory, TORTUS, Visiba, and YOURMeds.
Funded in part by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator has received significant support and funding to drive innovation in the healthcare sector.
Natasha Curran, medical director at HIN South London, emphasized the importance of the Accelerator programme in supporting these companies to scale and expand their presence within the NHS and social care networks.
With the latest cohort now announced, the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator continues to play a crucial role in fostering digital health innovation and transforming patient care.
