Scott-Long Construction chosen for Sunrise Senior Living renovations
Scott-Long Construction, a key partner of Sunrise Senior Living since the 1980s, is actively engaged in renovating Sunrise at Countryside.
The ongoing project involves upgrading the residential facilities at the community through a phased approach commenced earlier this year.
“Executing renovations in an occupied space is always challenging, but our team has consistently demonstrated our ability to do so,” stated Scott-Long Construction’s CEO, John Scott. “Ensuring the senior residents enjoy optimal living conditions is paramount.”

Leo Brown Group and Traditions Management commence Indiana project
The Leo Brown Group, a senior living developer, owner, and operator, has initiated construction on a new community in Westfield, Indiana.
The project, Traditions of Westfield, consists of 147 units and is part of the Wheeler Landing Planned Unit Development (PUD), featuring various amenities and surrounded by a vibrant community close to the Grand Park Sports Campus.
This comprehensive care community spans 20 acres and includes features like walking paths, water elements, and an array of services such as 24-hour nursing staff, rooftop lounge, beauty salon/barber, dining options, fitness center, and more.
Leo Brown Group currently manages 2,500 units of senior housing.
Texas project backed by CVS Health for affordable housing
Fort Worth Housing Solutions has broken ground on Babers Manor, an 80-unit mixed-income multifamily development in support of the Stop Six Choice Neighborhood initiative.
The project, supported by a substantial federal grant from HUD and a $17 million equity investment from CVS Health through Hunt Capital Partners, aims to enhance affordable housing options in the area.
