CBRE refinances for joint venture
CBRE National Senior Housing announced the successful arrangement of a refinancing for Outlook Gwinnett on behalf of a joint venture between Capitol Seniors Housing and Bain Capital Real Estate. The loan originated from a debt fund and will support the community in completing its lease-up in a dynamic Primary Market Area. Managed by Greystar Real Estate Partners, Outlook Gwinnett is located within The Exchange of Gwinnett.

Evans Senior Investments facilitated the sale of Samaritan Health Center, a county-owned community in West Bend, Wisconsin. Built in 1969, the facility comprises 186 beds and was acquired by an independent owner-operator.
SLIB closes on Texas SNF
Senior Living Investment Brokerage closed the sale of a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in La Marque, Texas. The transaction involved a local family partnership selling its only skilled nursing/seniors housing community to a buyer with multiple skilled nursing facilities in Texas. This marked SLIB’s 160th community sale in 2024.
Blueprint sells 2,000 bed portfolio
Blueprint facilitated the sale of the White Oak Management portfolio, consisting of 2,000 skilled nursing and senior housing beds across 15 states. The business was acquired by National HealthCare Corporation.
SLIB sells four Kentucky communities
Senior Living Investment Brokerage facilitated the sale of four assisted living and independent living communities in Henderson, Kentucky. Totaling 158 units built between 2000 and 2019, the communities were acquired by a Kentucky-based owner/operator seeking to expand their portfolio in Western Kentucky.

Thrive Senior Living assumes management of three communities
Thrive Senior Living took over the management of three new communities in Georgia owned by At Home Living. These communities in Cochran, Jesup, and Thomson offer various units for assisted living, memory care, and independent living, providing a total of 112 apartments for residents.
