Oakmont Management continues work at The Ridge at Westlake Village
Exciting developments are underway at The Ridge at Westlake Village, a premier senior living community in California. Construction is in full swing and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
This luxurious community will offer assisted living and memory care services with top-notch amenities such as chauffeur service, nurse-managed personal care, and a concierge medicine program. Featuring 126 apartment homes, residents will enjoy access to shared facilities including a rooftop bar, outdoor courtyard, and stunning mountain views.
Additional amenities include a wellness center, movie theater, tech center, and various indoor and outdoor spaces for a range of activities and events. The Ridge at Westlake Village is part of the esteemed Ivy Living portfolio overseen by Oakmont Management Group.
LRT Company has secured funding for a new senior living community in Leesburg, Florida after raising $17 million in equity. This 152-unit community will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care units, with construction already underway.
Meanwhile, Minto Communities USA and St. Joe Company have partnered to enhance amenities at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, the newest addition to the Margaritaville franchise. This sprawling community spans acres of waterfront property and offers an array of facilities including an activity center, workshop, pet spa, and multiple sports courts.
