Feeling happy can come from simple things like a sunny day or a friendly phone call. Other times, we might need a little extra help.
Trying to find joy can be a challenge. My go-to used to be a brisk run at the gym, but my lower back has put a stop to that. Treats like cupcakes or cookies haven’t had much of an effect, but I’m willing to give them another shot just in case.
Lately, I’ve been on the lookout for new ideas to boost my mood. Fixing things around my apartment seems to help, and listening to comedy albums is not a bad idea either. But I’m open to more suggestions.
