LifeSpire of Virginia embarks on a $25 million renovation project
The Glebe, a LifeSpire of Virginia community, has begun a $25 million renovation project to enhance its existing facilities with more independent living cottages and upgraded amenities.
The expansion includes 22 new senior living cottage units, upgraded dining areas, and additional space for community events. The new cottages, expected to be completed by early 2025, will offer expanded living spaces, upgraded kitchens, and two-car garages.
Upgraded amenities will include 1,300 square feet of multi-purpose space and renovated dining rooms for a complete makeover.

Tutera Senior Living recently completed the Lumiere of Chesterfield, a luxurious senior living community in Chesterfield, Missouri, built at a cost of $55 million. The community features 96 independent living apartments as part of the 193,000 square-foot development.
Kisco announces grand opening for Maryland community
The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center, a Kisco Senior Living community, will soon have its grand opening following the relocation of its Discovery Center. The move offers a glimpse into the luxury senior living experiences provided at a Kisco community.
The community, spanning 8.5 acres, offers 302 units with various amenities including a heated saltwater pool, lecture hall, art gallery, and outdoor areas with direct access to a local park.
The Jewish Community Housing Group, Lester Senior Living, and DIGroup Architecture have completed a 20,000 square-foot renovation at the Lester Senior Living community in Whippany, New Jersey. The renovations focused on enhancing interactive spaces for residents, including a refurbished dining room, cafe, bistro, and addition of a new theater with marquee sound systems.
Querencia at Barton Creek in Texas completes renovations with accompanying documentary
The Bridge Group Construction announced the successful completion of the renovation project at Querencia at Barton Creek. The project is being documented to showcase the efforts, featuring stories and insights from residents, community team members, and project partners.
