LifeLoop recently announced the acquisition of Linked Senior, a leading engagement platform in the senior living industry. This strategic move brings together two innovative services aimed at enhancing the overall resident experience through technology.
Paige Mantel, the chief marketing officer at LifeLoop, highlighted the complementary nature of the two companies and their shared goal of leveraging technology to improve the lives of seniors in assisted living facilities.
As part of the acquisition, Linked Senior founders Charles de Vilmorin and Jeff Moore will take on new roles within LifeLoop. The deal, which includes the integration of Linked Senior’s evidence-based engagement programming into LifeLoop’s platform, aims to provide existing Linked Senior users with enhanced features such as calendar management, communication apps, digital displays, and transportation request functions.
With the addition of 50,000 new residents and 600 communities in the U.S. and Canada, LifeLoop is significantly expanding its customer base while maintaining a focus on quality and continuity of service for new and existing users.
Mantel emphasized the commitment to innovation and customer support, stating, “Our shared vision is to deliver exceptional resident experiences and drive the industry forward. By uniting our resources and expertise, we are well-positioned to impact the lives of one in three older adults in senior living by 2027.”
