Cymphony focuses on enhancing day-to-day operations for healthcare providers like bookings and communications. The NHS aims to achieve net zero by 2040 for emissions under its control.
🏆 Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust’s trial tracker, designed to quickly identify eligible patients for research studies, has been nominated for two HSJ Digital Awards. Cervical screening saves over 2,000 lives annually in the UK. Despite overall improvements in screening rates, the Hologic Global Women’s Health Index reported that less than 1 in 5 women are screened for cancer.
A spokesperson for Hologic emphasized the urgent need for increased awareness and improved access to screening services, especially for a preventable cancer.
