Clanwilliam Launches iMedDoc Practice Management System to the UK
Clanwilliam, a leading provider of practice management solutions, has introduced iMedDoc, a cloud-based, mobile-centric electronic medical record system, to its portfolio for private practices in the UK. This decision was made to enhance customer flexibility and complement Clanwilliam’s existing DGL Practice Manager.
The new iMedDoc system is designed to provide a modern and flexible option for clinicians and consultants, supported by a patient app. With its lighter, cloud-based infrastructure, customers can adapt workflows to suit their preferred way of working.
Eileen Byrne, managing director at Clanwilliam Ireland, emphasized the need for innovative technology in the rapidly evolving private healthcare sector in the UK. She highlighted how iMedDoc streamlines practice management tasks, allowing clinicians to focus more on patient care.
iMedDoc, which has been developed over 25 years, offers a comprehensive solution for managing the entire patient journey from booking to billing. Its integration with Billink for remote payment services simplifies billing tasks and improves overall efficiency.
Clanwilliam has invested significantly in adapting iMedDoc for the UK market, ensuring compliance with local requirements and integrating with Healthcode. The upcoming roadmap includes the launch of an aesthetics module, further enhancing the system’s capabilities for clinicians.
