Ann Vidrine, a 3rd-generation Cajun fiddler from Ville Platte, Louisiana, found herself without work when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Her bookings disappeared, and she felt lost and uncertain about her future.
Discovering Hope Through Music
Fortunately, Ann discovered the music programs at Senior Planet. She started participating in Open Mic nights and Songwriting Nights and found a new purpose for herself.
Now a regular performer at these events, Ann has written 14 new songs in the last few months. She is grateful for the opportunity to share her music and connect with other musicians.
