LCS Development to lead $90M expansion in North Carolina
LCS Development, a part of Life Care Services, is set to oversee a $90 million renovation and expansion project at Cypress Glen, a senior living community situated in Greenville, North Carolina.
The expansion will feature 57 new independent living units, along with a modern auditorium, bistro, and upgraded amenities. The project is expected to be finished by November 2025 and is located on a 95-acre property managed by LCS.
Willow Valley Communities plans new memory care center
Willow Valley Communities recently announced the development of a 140-unit memory care center set to open in 2025 on its lake campus in West Lampeter Township near Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The seven-acre campus is inspired by the successful Dutch facility Hogewekyk, focusing on independence and freedom for residents with memory care needs. The $45 million project will include outdoor spaces, a lake, walking paths, and more.

Providence Living at Pembroke Pines in Florida has officially opened its doors and welcomed its initial residents to the community.
The new community includes assisted living and memory care on a 3.1-acre campus, offering 121 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, complemented by courtyards, gardens, and walking paths.
Health Dimensions Group, Ellipsis and Invesque open Colorado community
Health Dimensions Group (HDG), Ellipsis, and Invesque have recently unveiled Terra Bluffs, a fresh senior living community nestled in Parker, Colorado.
Terra Bluffs offers assisted living and memory care, featuring shared amenities like a movie theater, various dining spaces, a library, fitness center, sky lounge, and more. HDG manages the community, with Ellipsis as the developer and Invesque as the investment partner.
