University Health (San Antonio) recently began construction on University Health Retama Hospital in Selma, Texas, as reported by ksat.com. This state-of-the-art facility, located on 42 acres next to Retama Park racetrack, will consist of five stories and will be connected to a 100,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB).
Projected to open its doors in 2027, University Health Retama Hospital will offer specialized medical care, health services, and lab facilities. Initially equipped with 166 inpatient beds, the hospital will have the capacity to expand to 286 beds.
