If you’re already dedicated to your cardio and weight training routine, it’s time to add a new element: our March 2024 Movement of the Month Club. This month-long mobility training program focuses on enhancing your body’s overall movement.

Whether you want to elevate your workouts, prevent injuries, or prioritize self-care, mobility is key. It’s not just about flexibility; it’s about feeling better, moving more comfortably, and preparing your body for daily activities.

Throughout the next four weeks, we’ll introduce you to simple but effective mobility exercises that only take 5 minutes a day. Certified personal trainer Alicia Rios will guide you through the program, designed by Bold, a digital fitness platform.

From exercises you can do with a partner to solo routines at home, our Mobility Training Program will cater to all your mobility needs.

Improving your mobility goes beyond touching your toes; it enhances your body’s ability to move freely, reduces injury risk, and alleviates aches from sedentary lifestyles. Additionally, mobility exercises can boost your posture, confidence, and mental health.

“Mobility exercises are essential for reducing injury risk, joint/muscle pain, and improving functionality for everyone,” says Rios.

How the program works

Starting March 4, 2024, you’ll do one daily mobility move, culminating in a 5-minute flow each Sunday. Each week has a different focus, promising overall body improvement by the end of the month.

Week 1: Morning Mobility

  1. Quadruped Rock Back
  2. Cat-Cow
  3. Thread the Needle
  4. Ankle Rocks
  5. Supine Lumbar Rotation
  6. Toe Touch Squat
  7. Morning Mobility Flow

Begin with the Quadruped Rock Back on Day 1 and continue through the weekly routines.
