Man Lost 126 Pounds Now Shares Weight Loss Tips

Weighing 330 pounds, Francisco Sola of Argentina struggled with his weight for a long time. He tried to lose weight 20 different times, but never lasted more than a couple of weeks. However, after a year of hard work, he lost 126 pounds, and now shares what he has learned on Twitter and YouTube to inspire and help others.

After struggling with weight loss for so long, Francisco had a realization. He understood that dieting alone wasn’t the key to losing weight. He learned that developing daily healthy habits, like eating well and exercising, was the only way to lose weight and keep it off.

“I did not diet, I did not use drugs or laboratory products, I did not have surgery,” he wrote on Twitter. “It was just a process to learn how to eat better, and I also created the habit of daily exercise.” (translated from Spanish)

After receiving numerous inquiries about his weight loss journey, Francisco decided to share his top 10 tips for weight loss with the hope of assisting others in their journeys.

It was not easy for Francisco to share tips and images from his weight loss journey on Twitter. But, for him, if they inspire even just one person, it’s worth it.

Francisco shares tips such as focusing on the present, celebrating daily achievements, and surrounding yourself with positive influences. He emphasizes that his tips aren’t just for weight loss but can be applied to making any sort of positive change in life.

Francisco says, “Everything is perspective. There are beliefs that limit you and others that empower you. You can, always.” He encourages everyone to be realistic but to always be challenging themselves, pushing just a bit further than they think they can. It is amazing how the body will follow what the mind manifests.

Use his advice to make that career change, have that hard conversation, quit that thing in your life that you know is holding you back or bringing you down. You have the power for positive change within you, so reach down deep and go after your dreams.
