Hello, friends! How’s your week going? I’m eagerly anticipating the arrival of my newest baby niece this week and looking forward to preparing some meals for her.

Today, I wanted to share how journaling has transformed my morning routine. Initially hesitant to try it, I eventually found solace in pouring out my thoughts on paper, leading to clarity and peace in my day.

My morning routine typically includes starting with a probiotic and water, followed by meditation, devotional time, and journaling about goals and aspirations. Writing about my dreams as if they’ve already come true has been a powerful practice for me.

If you’re unsure of what to write about, here are some inspiring prompts for fall:
