Sharing My January Reads and Recommendations!
Hey everyone! I hope you all had an amazing weekend. My weekend was great. I just got back from an awards ceremony in Phoenix and also managed to fit in a hike at Camelback.
Today, I wanted to recap the books I read in January and share my thoughts on them. I finished five books last month, a mix of fiction and nonfiction, and I truly enjoyed all of them. Here’s a rundown of my January book recap:
Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing: This book was incredible and gave a candid look into the struggles of addiction. I recommend the Audible version to listen to it in the author’s own voice. I’d rate it 8/10.
The Paris Daughter: While not my absolute favorite, the unexpected ending made it all worth it. I’d rate it 7/10.
Allergies: Disease in Disguise: As someone who has been struggling with allergies, this book was eye-opening and extremely helpful. I’d give it a 9/10.
Don’t Make it Weird: This is a must-read for anyone working in the online space. I’d highly recommend it and give it a 9/10.
If you’re looking for some great new books to add to your collection, definitely consider these ones! Let me know if you have any recommendations for me too!
