Learn how to make the best hummus of your life with this lemon garlic hummus recipe! In just 3 simple steps and 5 minutes, you’ll have the smoothest, creamiest, and most delicious hummus ever. All you need is a high-speed food processor and a few pantry staples. This recipe calls for garbanzo beans, olive oil, unsalted tahini, sea salt, garlic, lemon juice, and water. If you don’t have tahini, you can substitute with Greek yogurt or nut butter. And if you don’t have a food processor, a blender will work too. Top your hummus with olive oil and basil, or get creative with toppings like roasted garlic, olives, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, or paprika. To make your hummus less gritty, blend for longer and add more water if needed. Store your hummus in the fridge for up to 5 days and enjoy as a dip, spread, or snack. The possibilities are endless with this easy and flavorful hummus recipe!
