Ingredients & Substitutes

Choose all natural creamy peanut butter, pure maple syrup, and almond flour for these homemade nutter butter cookies. If nut-free, use sunflower butter.

Taste & Texture

These homemade Nutter Butters have a strong peanut butter flavor with soft, slightly chewy cookies and extra smooth, creamy filling.

How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir together.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the lined pan.
  4. Press down on each ball with a fork to create a criss-cross pattern.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until just set around the edges.
  6. Once cooled, spread peanut butter on half the cookies and top with the other half.
