Two Women’s Mission to Age Well
Two women began a journey to age well, stay healthy, happy, and disease-free. They delved into medical studies, made lifestyle adjustments, and shared their findings on their blog and in their book, the Age Well Project.
Susan Saunders, at 36, became her mother’s caregiver when her mother developed severe dementia. Despite having a full-time job as a TV producer and young children, she was determined to take care of her own health to avoid burdening her daughters in the future.
Annabel Streets had a similar experience with her family history of illness. Diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disease at 25, she knew she had to make changes to her lifestyle. Together, Saunders and Streets created the Age Well Project, offering over 100 health tips for aging individuals, even those with busy lives.
In their fifties, they both state that their health has never been better and are determined to continue thriving in their sixties, seventies, and beyond!
