If you’re new to my meal plans, I’ve been sharing these free, 7-day flexible healthy meal plans that are meant as a guide, with plenty of wiggle room for you to add more food, coffee, beverages, fruits, snacks, dessert, wine, etc. or swap recipes out for meals you prefer. Depending on your goals, aim for at least 1500 calories per day.

  • Monday: Loaded Egg Muffins, Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl, Cheesy Eggplant Gnocchi Caprese
  • Tuesday: Loaded Egg Muffins, Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl, Ground Turkey Tacos
  • Wednesday: Loaded Egg Muffins, Cranberry Chicken Salad, Braised Brisket with Potatoes and Carrots
  • Thursday: Loaded Egg Muffins, Cranberry Chicken Salad, Leftover Braised Brisket
  • Friday: Avocado Toast, Spiralized Raw Zucchini Salad, Pad Thai
  • Saturday: Yogurt Sheet Pan Pancakes, Avocado Egg Salad, Dinner Out
  • Sunday: Leftover Yogurt Sheet Pan Pancakes, Italian Shrimp Salad, Chicken Saltimbocca
