This Fig Chicken Recipe is a Must-Try!

This fig chicken is a tasty dish with sweet fig jam and tender chicken. Easy to make and perfect for a weeknight meal. Enjoy the juicy chicken and the burst of fruity flavor from the jam!

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken thighs
  • Fig jam
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Chicken broth
  • Minced garlic
  • Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken until golden and crispy.
  3. Combine fig jam, balsamic vinegar, chicken broth, and garlic in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the mixture over the chicken and simmer until cooked through.
