Robyn, a registered nurse, has been running her coaching company YQL Nutrition for 9 years. They have a team of 6 coaches catering to various goals such as fat loss, muscle building, performance, and overall health. Clients, mostly women, seek fat loss assistance and are coached to eat adequately to support hormone and metabolic health. Robyn’s husband owns a CrossFit gym, and they have two young children. Through nutrition coaching, she has overcome under-eating habits, learned to nourish her body appropriately, restored menstrual cycle health, and addressed digestive issues.
