If you’re looking for a delicious and nutritious breakfast option for your little one, look no further than creamy banana overnight oats! This recipe is made with oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and mashed banana, providing a sweet and satisfying start to the day.

To make these tasty overnight oats, start by mashing ripe or overripe bananas in a bowl. Then, add rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix everything together.

Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to soften. Once ready, top your overnight oats with sliced bananas, berries, nut butters, or any other toppings you prefer.
