Copy Cat Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars Recipe

If you love Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars, you’ll love this homemade version without all the additives and preservatives! Made with a soft blondie base, cream cheese frosting, cranberries, and white chocolate, these bars are pure bliss in every bite. Starbucks snacks and treats are always delicious, inspiring us to recreate them at home with recipes like these bars. Plus, they’re easy to make and perfectly sweet!

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour
  • Ground ginger
  • White chocolate chips
  • Dried cranberries
  • Brown sugar
  • Egg
  • Orange
  • Cream cheese
  • Greek yogurt
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry: Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Cream Butter: Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix Wet: Add egg, orange juice, zest, and vanilla to the bowl and mix.
  5. Combine: Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
  6. Bake: Transfer dough to baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  7. Prepare Frosting: Mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Spread on cooled bars.
  8. Add Toppings: Top with dried cranberries and drizzle melted white chocolate. Refrigerate to set.
