The construction of this new Dubai café is truly innovative, utilizing repurposed high-cube and standard shipping containers to create a space that is both sustainable and efficiently designed. The prefabricated units by AHOYmodz were expertly assembled at the Dubai Police Academy Park, showcasing how sustainability and efficiency can work hand in hand to complete the entire structure in just 60 days, minimizing disruption.

The café is designed with strategically placed pergolas for shade, along with an integrated cooling system to ensure a comfortable environment, even in Dubai’s summer heat. AHOYmodz’s dedication to creating a pleasant and sustainable customer experience is evident in this thoughtful design.
Costa Coffee’s drive-thru concept at the bustling Ripe Market focuses on delivering their signature brews quickly and conveniently while minimizing environmental impact. By using repurposed shipping containers, the construction of this facility is remarkably eco-friendly. Mark Holmans, Head of Property at Emirates Leisure Retail, expressed pride in the collaboration with AHOYmodz, stating, “We are proud to collaborate with AHOYmodz on this innovative project.”
The Ripe Market, located in Dubai Police Academy Park, offers a variety of activities for families, including exploring local produce, handcrafted goods, live music, play areas, and fitness classes.
