Kylie Kelce’s last name is certainly prominent in the media these days. Whether you’re a football fan or not, the “Kelce” family name is hard to miss: Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end dating Taylor Swift; NFL star Jason Kelce, retired center for the Philadelphia Eagles; and of course, Jason’s wife, Kylie, a former college athlete and mother of three girls—all under the age of 5.
Kylie Kelce, who often uses her platform to raise funds for the Eagles Autism Foundation, also gives her 2 million followers a glimpse into her daily life. Here, Kelce shares her morning routine that gets her and her three young children ready and out the door before 9 a.m.
She starts her day with a little self-care before her daughters wake up
I’m very much a morning person—the morning is my time to shine. I usually set three alarms: 6, 6:15, and 6:30 a.m. Our kids don’t usually wake up until around 7:30 a.m., and I absolutely love having that buffer of time where I get to be a human being and be by myself. Once I get out of bed, I wash my face, brush my hair, and get myself ready. In the morning, I just splash some water on my face, then apply a regular daily moisturizer with SPF. I’ve been leaning towards CeraVe for my moisturizers, and at night when I wash my face, I use a Dove bar of soap. The old-school blue. It’s been a staple since I was growing up.
She’ll eat something quick and protein-packed
I’ll go into the kitchen and grab a cup of water, take my multivitamin, and have something quick and protein-packed for breakfast. I love Good Culture cottage cheese. Sometimes I’ll add mandarin oranges, but I like to keep it simple. I’m not trying to make a gourmet meal, just trying to get some protein in for breakfast.
Her go-to morning coffee has to be Dunkin’
I love Dunkin’, especially their butter pecan flavor. It’s irresistible. I prefer iced coffee and will have it even when there’s snow on the ground.
Then it’s time to rally her three daughters to prepare for school
Around 7:30 a.m., the girls start to wake up, and that’s when we dive into their morning routine. Our two older daughters are back in school, so we make sure they have their essentials ready—water bottles, backpacks, shoes, socks. They also have their Olly chewy vitamins, which my middle daughter calls her ‘gooey.’ The girls have been taking Olly since they were in the womb, so it’s come full circle.
Finally, she’ll ensure the girls eat and pack their bags with essentials
We always make sure they have breakfast before leaving the house. They’re big fans of kid Clif Bars, which they call chocolate bars.
As a mom, I’ve tried many different water bottles and found that Thermos water bottles are perfect for the girls. They clean well in the dishwasher and have an easy-to-use sipper top. Our morning essentials include a quick grab-and-go granola bar and the water bottles. The girls have their breakfast, and we’re out the door by 8:45 a.m.
