Creamy Avocado Lime Crema Recipe
This creamy avocado lime crema comes together in just 5 minutes with only 5 ingredients. Made with Greek yogurt, lime juice, and cilantro, it’s simple yet packed with flavor. Perfect with tacos, fajitas, chicken, or fish!
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Juice from 1 1/2 limes (about 2.5 tablespoons)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cilantro
Instructions:
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, add avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and cilantro.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- Serve with tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, chicken, salmon, and more.
Notes: Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
